  • What if I can’t find what I am looking for on your site?
Even with 30,000+ signed items we might not list exactly what you want -- contact us.  Not everything is available at any particular time, but if it is, we will get it for you or send you in the right direction to find it.  Email or call us.
  • Why don’t you have a price for the Babe Ruth ball? 
Authenticated items of deceased players like Ruth or historical figures are almost impossible to find.  If you want an authenticated Ruth, Clemente, or George Washington item, contact us.   • Refund Policy
RETURNS - NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All non-defective merchandise is guaranteed for a period of 14 days from purchase (45 days exchange policy). We will gladly accept all returns for a 100% refund within the 14 days, but customer must incur shipping expenses back to us. Any expedited shipping charges will not be credited. Returned items must include the actual certificate of authenticity and be in original sale condition with their appropriate boxes. We credit the credit card used for the original purchase or can give you store credit. Please call us at 914-873-4500 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We are not responsible and can not give credit for returns that arrive broken or damaged. You will have to make a claim with your shipper for reimbursement.

DAMAGED-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All damaged or defective merchandise must be called in to us within 5 days of receipt of order. We're sorry, but there can be no exceptions to this as these are our terms. On most items, the damage occurs during shipping. We will make a claim with the shipping company. You must have all of the original packaging for damaged goods, or we CAN'T replace the item at no charge. Please call us at 914-873-4500 for damaged items and claim instructions. Items that have been lost/damaged by the shipping carrier must have the claim made by the carrier's deadline policy. Items that are damaged from shipping, can not be replaced by expedited shipping, as the shipping carriers will not pay for their mistake.

  • How does AW set prices for its products?
As in most markets, the price of sports memorabilia depends on supply and demand.  Demand is driven by an athlete's accomplishments and behavior on and off the field, his/her popularity, the team's success, the amount an athlete charges for signing items, etc.  Supply depends on how often and how many times an athlete will sign items, and how many authentic items are in circulation.  Major changes in supply, such as the unfortunate death of an athlete, immediately impact supply and demand in the market; and AW reserves the right to refuse any sale of memorabilia for an athlete from the time of his/her unfortunate passing, subject to price adjustments.
